New Apple Candy

So everybody is talking about the new Apple gear. Mac mini sure is small and looks rather nice but 256 MB of memory is nothing these days, try editing video with that… but what more can we do for $500 USD!!!
On the other hand iPod shuffle looks like utter crap. I mean… random playing? Who the hell wants that? It’s a bad excuse for not having a screen. Sure it would bring the cost a little higher, but it is a basic need for such appliance.
