How to be a user experience team of one

I’m responsible for the user experience for the applications at work, so I’ve been doing a lot of research on the subject. I found this great presentation by Leah Buley at André Ribeirinho’s blog.
It talks about using techniques that you can use to generate and refine design ideas for “teams” of only one user experience professional.
